‍3. Client Responsibilities

‍To ensure the success of our services, clients agree to:

Provide timely access to necessary accounts, platforms, and materials
Respond promptly to requests for feedback, content, or approvals
Make payments as agreed upon in the proposal or invoice terms

‍4. Payment Terms

‍Payment terms will be outlined in the client’s agreement or proposal. Late payments may incur fees. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

‍5. Intellectual Property

‍Unless otherwise agreed, all strategies, copy, creatives, and marketing assets created by GrowSpace remain the property of GrowSpace until full payment has been received. Upon full payment, ownership of final deliverables will transfer to the client.

‍GrowSpace and the client agree to maintain confidentiality of all proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the working relationship.

‍7. Limitation of Liability

‍GrowSpace will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes or revenue results, as performance is influenced by multiple external factors.

‍8. Cancellations & Termination

‍Either party may cancel ongoing services with [14] days' written notice. Any outstanding payments for services rendered or work completed up to the cancellation date remain due.

‍9. Third-Party Tools & Integrations

‍GrowSpace may use third-party platforms (e.g., Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Mailchimp) to provide services. We are not liable for changes, outages, or issues caused by these external tools.

‍10. Amendments

‍We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of these updates.

‍11. Governing Law

‍These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of United Kingdom, and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
